• Functional Movement Screen to ensure you start off on the good foot ($180 value) - You’ll have an assessment done so that programming and be geared around the uniqueness that is you. Figuring out how to work around that wonky knee: old injury from college; or from the day-to-day efforts of being a desk jockey. We’ll establish baselines so that your workout works for where you’re currently at.

3 month customized program ($360 value) - No cookie cutter coaching! Once we figure out your goals, you'll have your playbook laid out for you to follow each week. The mileage you need to run, the types of runs to get in, strength training to get stronger for your race. The recovery efforts to come back ready to go the next day. All fully accessible to you 24/7 via the Bridge Athletic app, the premier training app used by dozens of colleges and professional teams.

24/7 access to workout videos, etc. via training app ($150 value) - All of your workouts will be available to you at the tap of a button on the Bridge Athletic app. Not sure what an exercise is? All of your workouts include sample exercise videos plus what weight to use, training cues on what to look out for, number of sets, reps, intervals, tempo & time. It’s like I’m right there with you!

Four private 1:1 coaching session per month (in-person or via Zoom) ($1440 value) - We'll put on our hard hat and go to work each month to make sure your form is top notch, get in the speed training, strengthen your core, test out some new moves and get your sweat on! Meet ups happen in-person if you're local to San Diego or via Zoom if not.
